William Daily Makes Arthur Murray San Francisco His New Home
On the surface, William Daily has been an Arthur Murray instructor, dance director, and Supervisor, but if you know William - that's just the tip of the iceberg.
Charisma may not do him justice, but Mr. Daily has been an integral part of the growth in Arthur Murray Livermore. "When I think of the spirit of Livermore, I think of William. He has been such a vital role in the culture and development of Livermore for over 5 years now. Too many fun memories to fit into one blog" says Joey Sena, manager and partner in the Livermore studio.
Making the Move
There are some goals and opportunities that must be explored, and for William - that was working in San Francisco. With his former co-worker, and dance partner, Eva Love managing Arthur Murray San Francisco, there had always been a connection for William, and it was just a matter of time for him to explore the opportunity.
Leaving Livermore
Making a move, even one that has pulled on your heartstrings for some time, is never easy. For William, the dream of working in the city by the bay was bittersweet at the thought of leaving the only studio he's worked in.
"I have experienced an overwhelming amount of support from everyone. As tough as this process has been for me, I'm fully aware how this change has and will have impact on Livermore and the student-body. Change is not always a welcomed process yet here we are. I'm stepping away from Livermore knowing the legacy I leave behind will be upheld and superseded by the team of amazing instructors including our super talented administrative team" says Daily.
Moving Forward
Now William brings his charismatic leadership to Arthur Murray San Francisco. Tony Bennet sang "I left my heart in San Francisco", but for Daily, his is in Livermore.
"Thank you for allowing me the honor to be part of your dance journey. I know trust is an earned asset and sometimes never gained. I can't tell you how much that means to me that you've allowed me to partner with each of you and helped you grow in both minor and major ways inside and outside of the studio. It has been a privilege."
Final Notes
William's move created an opening on the Livermore management team, which has been filled by Sergio Garcia from Arthur Murray Redwood City.
